1. What kind of email access is offered?
Allows access via POP3 and web interface.
Supports ANY POP3 compliant e-mail client software – i.e. Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape Messenger, Eudora, etc.
Directory updates are now available via vCard import and soon will allow mass directory updates via CSV file import.

2. What happens with cc:Mail?
cc:Mail will no longer be used at all. However, you may choose to keep it installed to be able to access historical e-mails you want to save.

3. Can I dial using the 800 number?
No. The 800 service is being discontinued.

4. Do I need an account with an internet service provider? I don’t want to use the internet.
Yes. You can only access IMA via the Internet.

5. I’ve heard the internet is like the “Wild West,” full of outlaws, pornography and other “bad” stuff .
The internet is merely a medium for transmitting data, much like a piece of paper. The same paper that is used to print pornography can be used to print the Bible.
There are services that you can subscribe to that will assist you in blocking “bad” stuff. These services prevent you from inadvertently stumbling into something you never wanted to see or to participate. Some examples of such services are as follows:
