Doctrinal Statement

We believe that there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and one Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the son of the one living God. He became incarnate, being begotten by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He, being the brightness of the glory of God, and the express image of His person, and being found in fashion as a man, humbled Himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. He, declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead, and having by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the majesty on high, all principalities and powers being made subject to Him. Therefore, there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.

We believe that the Bible in its entirety is the inspired word of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness.

We believe that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and the unjust. There will be eternal judgment by God, who will render to every man according to his deeds, to them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honor and immortality – eternal life; but unto them who are contentious, and do not obey the truth but obey unrighteousness- eternal damnation from his presence. We believe that all men are by nature children of disobedience and as such, live under the wrath and judgment of God, and are alienated from His life through the ignorance that is in them because of the blindness of their hearts. But God commended His love toward us in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Being now reconciled by the death of His Son, we shall be saved by His life, which life is received by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost. This results in obedience to the divine will of God as revealed by the presence of the Holy Spirit, which obedience will result in a godly life of personal holiness, soberness and righteousness.

According to the Holy Bible, we believe that marriage as ordained of God is a covenant between a naturally born man and a naturally born woman. Therefore, we believe that same sex marriage is not recognized in Scripture and is not in keeping with our beliefs. We believe that there is a difference between what is of the world and what is of God and that this holy life requires a separation from all that is worldly and unto all that is Godly.

We believe in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit as a distinct and separate experience from the new birth, through which the nine manifestations of the Spirit (1 Corinthians 12) are divided to every believer severally, as the Spirit wills, to profit withal.

We believe in the imminent personal return of Jesus Christ with His saints who shall, at that time, deliver all creation from the bondage of corruption and establish the Kingdom of God on earth. The knowledge of his glory shall cover the earth as the waters cover the sea and He shall rule all nations in righteousness with a rod of iron.

We believe that the Church, which is His body, is the ground and pillar of truth. We believe that all true believers are individually the members of the Body of Christ in particular and that together they comprise one Body, which is the Church.

We believe in world evangelism, Christian missionary work, Christian education, and the publication of Christian literature in keeping with the great commission that the Gospel of the Kingdom of God is to be preached to all nations. Then shall the end come.
